School-issued Technology

Middle School iPads - 

• Students currently in 5th and 7th grades (rising into 6th and 8th grades for the 2024-2025 school year) will keep their school-issued iPad over the summer. 
• All students going into 5th and 7th grades for the 2024-2025 school year AND all Middle School students who are new to Shorecrest will receive their school-issued iPad for the new school year during a start of school orientation in August 2024.

9th-11th Grade Laptops -

• All 9th graders and 10th-11th graders who are new to Shorecrest will receive their school-issued Mac laptop during the start of school orientation in August 2024.
• Rising 10th and 11th-grade students (who attended Shorecrest in the 2023-2024 school year) may pick up their updated device from the Tech Office beginning August 12 or on the first day of school.

Students in 12th grade will continue to use their own approved devices. Details are available online HERE. 

Fall Athletics

Athletics information is available online now at www.shorecrest.org/athletics. All required athletic forms must be collected via the FHSAA Athletic Clearance Website. Shorecrest no longer accepts paper athletic forms.

Start of School Forms

**NEW** this summer - migration to FACTS Family Portal for Start of School information:
In mid-July families will receive an email prompting you to login to FACTS Family Portal to access Start of School web forms. FACTS Family Portal is also where you will access class schedules, grades, the Family Directory, tuition payment information, make changes to demographic information, update authorized pick-up and emergency contacts and more. Many Start of School forms were completed during the re-enrollment process in February for returning students and during the enrollment process for new students, reducing the time spent on completing forms over the summer.

Middle and Upper School Textbooks

The eCampus online bookstore will open in mid-July for the purchase of textbooks and digital materials. This information will be added to the Start of School Documents section of Schoology and communicated via email as soon as it becomes available. 

Shorecrest Summer Hours

Shorecrest administrative offices will observe summer hours from May 30-August 8. The Head’s Office, Admissions, Advancement, Business Office, Division Administrative Offices, and Marketing/Communications Offices will be open from 9am-3pm, M-Th, and close at noon on Fridays.
