Shorecrest will host a walk-in opportunity for interested community members to receive COVID vaccines on campus on Saturday, December 4 from 10-11:30am in the Shorecrest Clinic on the first floor of Charger Commons. The providers will offer both Pfizer and Moderna shots for adults and children who would like to receive first time vaccinations and for those who need booster shots. This optional opportunity is offered as a convenience to the Shorecrest community. All individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to give consent for the child’s vaccination.
In order to help providers bring an accurate supply of the appropriate vaccinations, please complete this anonymous interest form by noon on Wednesday, December 1 to indicate which vaccinations your family members would like to receive. The data collected in this form is used for counts only. No identifying information is collected; this does not count as an RSVP.
