Congratulations to Cheryl Lee, Chair of Upper School Performing Arts, and her daughters Emilee Dupré '02 and Ashlee Dupré, who were each nominated for BroadwayWorld Tampa Awards, celebrating the best in local theatre of the past decade. Also included via the Best Ensemble category are Emilee Dupré '02 and Mitch Marois '10, who appeared in "Cabaret" at freeFall Theatre, choreographed by Cheryl Lee.
"I could not be more proud to have been nominated!" Cheryl said of her nomination as "Arts Educator of the Decade."
In a time when theatre across the globe is facing unprecedented obstacles, productions which opened between 2011 and September 30, 2020, are included so that theatres, stars, and shows may get the recognition they deserve.
