Last Friday, Upper School art teacher Mrs. Gaglio and Upper School history teacher Mr. Heller led 50 high school students to the Ringling Museum of Art and Ca’ d’Zan in Sarasota, Florida. While the weather was forecasted to be wet, they experienced the treasures of the Ringling family in bright sunshine. Of the exhibits they viewed as part of their cultural enrichment field experience, an exhibition on early- and mid-Ming China was very extensive. After a pizza lunch together, this great experience came to an end.
