"Adulting 101" Six Week, After School Club

Upper School History Teacher Ron Heller is offering a new club for grades 11 and 12: Adulting 101. A recent article in "USA Today" about a similar program in Shepherdsville, KY, inspired the practical offering. The following will be covered:
- Healthy cooking
- Fixing a flat tire
- Using credit cards
- Issues of homesickness in college
- Filling out applications
- Resume building and job interview skills
Mr. Heller has a plethora of experiences which were gained prior to his career in Education. These include Human Resources, mortgage banking and Advertising/ Marketing. Guest speakers and on hand experiences will make this a fruitful six weeks!
