Key Club helps Feed Tampa Bay

Last weekend (during Thanksgiving break) a half dozen members of the Shorecrest Upper School Key Club helped Feeding Tampa Bay with food distribution. Feeding Tampa Bay, part of the national Feeding America network, focuses on providing food to over 1 million food insecure families in the 10-county area of West Central Florida.

"It was heart wrenching to see so many locals from all walks of life line up to get much needed groceries and fresh vegetables," said the club's faculty sponsor, Ron Heller.

The club will be doing this again this month and next.
