Congratulations to the Shorecrest students who participated in this year's Pinellas History Day competition. This year’s theme was Communication in History.

Pinellas History Day is a local part of a national organization called National History Day that makes history come alive for Pinellas County middle and high school students by engaging them in discovery of the historic, cultural, and social experiences of the past. The goal of students participating in NHD is to learn critical thinking and problem-solving skills, research and reading skills, self esteem and confidence.
