Varsity Football vs. Lakeside Christian

On Friday, September 3, the Varsity Football Chargers lost to Lakeside Christian: 36-31.
It was a slow start for the Chargers. They trailed 22-6 at halftime and managed to take the lead (31-30) with 4:38 to play in the game.
Fans attending enjoyed a 60 yard touchdown pass and a 48 yard touchdown pass from Drew Bunn '23 to James Floto '23. There was also a 43 yard pass from Drew to James to set up a 2 yard touchdown run by Drew.
"The team reduced penalties from game one and continues to improve in different facets of the game," said Coach McCall.
