Varsity Swim & Dive at City Championship, Senior Night

The Varsity Girls and Boys Swimming and Diving Chargers were Runners Up at the City of St. Petersburg Championship Meet! Girls 296, Boys 297.

City Champions were William Brockman '24 (100 Fly) and Sasha Schratwieser '24 (500 Free).

"Outstanding job by all of the swimmers and divers! Almost everyone swam or dove their best and contributed to the overall finish of 2nd place for both boys and girls teams," said Coach Nardozzi.

The Varsity Girls and Boys Swimming and Diving teams also competed vs. Northside Christian School. Girls Shorecrest 187, Northside Christian 93; Boys Shorecrest 182, Northside Christian 70.

For both the girls and boys teams, all 3 relays took first place!

Winning two events each were: Sasha Schratwieser '24 (200 IM & 100 Breast); Sarah Lankford '22 (50 Free & 100 Free); Ainsley Burke '23 (500 Free & 100 Back); William Brockman '24 (200 Free & 500 Free); Brendan Fraher '23 (200 IM & 100 Breast); Duncan Walsh '22 (100 Free & 100 Back).

Winning one event each were: Aurora Goldish-DeSanto '23 (Diving); Kate Rutledge '24 (100 Fly); Maddox M. '26 (50 Free). Maddox M. also broke the Middle School 50 Free Record with a time of 23.58!

Chargers Swim & Dive honored five seniors for their exceptional dedication and performance: Devyn Kropf '22, Sarah Lankford '22, Ellie Lewis '22, Stella Pagano '22 and Duncan Walsh '22.
