TRUFFLES DE NOËL

To celebrate the holidays the French way, seventh and eighth grade French classes learned how to make chocolate truffles. First they watched a French cooking video, and then students followed a recipe in French to make the batter. After allowing the chocolate to set in the fridge overnight, they made little balls and rolled them in powdered sugar or, like traditional truffles, cocoa powder. The delicious home-made chocolates were taken home to share over winter break.
