Students in second grade got to see the Loews Don CeSar Hotel on St. Pete Beach up close and personal with a private tour of the famous landmark. They enjoyed the walking tour of the luxurious resort. They learned the history of the hotel, its architectural story, rode in the elevators to get to the different levels, studied the history wall of facts, and were treated to homemade, decorated cookies. Everyone agreed this was a "sweet" ending to a very delightful and educational field trip.
