Dr. Jennifer Vesper visits Center for Medical Sciences

In December, Dr. Jennifer Vesper, a dermatologist and Shorecrest parent, spoke to students in Lisa Peck’s Anatomy and Intro to Medical Science classes. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, completed her residency at USF, and is affiliated with Manatee Memorial Hospital.

As a dermatologist, Dr. Vesper treats skin cancers and other various skin-related conditions. Anatomy student Jessie J. said, “Dr. Vesper's presentation was really fascinating. What I find super cool is that in dermatology, you can physically see changes on your body, whereas with other types of medicine, most changes happen internally.”

The students thank Dr. Vesper for coming in to speak to them.
