We could all use a little extra TLC right now, don’t you think?
The Learning Center (TLC) is here to help you navigate your child's distance learning needs. Did you know that we already assist our school community (faculty, parents/guardians, and students) with specific resources, professional development, and direct work with students to enhance the education for all learners? As always, these services are offered at no additional cost to Shorecrest families.
The Learning Center (TLC) is here to help you navigate your child's distance learning needs. Did you know that we already assist our school community (faculty, parents/guardians, and students) with specific resources, professional development, and direct work with students to enhance the education for all learners? As always, these services are offered at no additional cost to Shorecrest families.
We are now offering online resources for parents and students to assist with distance learning such as supporting your children with Executive Function Skills (organization, task initiation, planning, etc.) which are critical right now. Please fill out this Google Survey to tell us what you are finding most challenging.
Virtual Office Hours for TLC:
If you or your child(ren) are facing specific challenges relating to distance learning, we are offering Virtual Office Hours for parents/guardians, students, or parents and students together while our facilities are closed.
