Building Community through Student Life

Members of Shorecrest Upper School's three student leadership groups - Student Ambassadors, Honor Council and Student Council - led by Ann Marie Hardy, Dean of Student Life, and Stacy Alexander, Assistant Dean of Student Life, came together for a Student Leadership Institute in summer 2022. There, a shared goal of providing the student body with the opportunities to pursue academic and personal growth ignited them all.
Together they have organized ways to build community this school year through the advisory program, clubs, events and service learning. Their Student Life Newsletter highlights Shorecrest Core Values in action throughout Upper School: Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Knowledge and Compassion.
