- TIP - if you haven't updated your FACTS Family Portal password in a while, it's best to do so on a browser before logging into the app's FACTS Family Portal features for the first time.
- The app will remember your FACTS Family Portal login information for 30 days, after which you will need to re-enter your credentials for security purposes.
- It is also helpful to have your Shorecrest-issued credentials handy for logging into other systems linked in the app, like accessing the Community Site and eCampus Bookstore.
