You don't have to be a Shorecrest student to be part of a summer of fun at Shorecrest! Full day and half day camps are open to the public, ages 4-18 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
We offer a wide variety of camps: from sports and STEM, to dance and theatre. Also traditional Day Camp with games, arts, athletics and water fun all summer long!

Yes. All children are welcome to attend any of our camps during the summer, regardless of whether they attend Shorecrest during the academic year.
Most programs take place on campus. A few involve field trips to outside facilities, and all transportation is provided.
Half day camps: 9am-12pm or 12:30-3:30pm
Full day camps: 9am-3:30pm
Before care available: 8-9am
After care available: 3:30-5:30pm
Lunch is provided for campers attending for the full day (with a few exceptions as indicated in the catalog). Click here to view a sample weekly menu.
A full time school nurse is employed during the summer and is able to administer medications and handle most day-to-day bumps, bruises and minor illnesses. The nurse also ensures compliance with current Shorecrest health guidelines.
Yes, you may pay in installments through May 1, 2025. There is no additional fee for selecting the payment plan.
Space is intentionally limited in camps to ensure the best possible experience for each camper. The enrollment capacity for most camps is approximately 15 campers. If you are waitlisted for a fully enrolled camp, you will be contacted by text and/or email if a waitlisted space becomes available.
Families may cancel and receive a full refund, less a $40 cancellation fee, up to two weeks before the start date of each camp week by emailing [email protected] or calling the Auxiliary Programs office at 727-456-7510.
