This coming February 20 - March 4, a Salvadorian delegation of six fourth grade students will visit Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, Florida. They are visiting from the Colegio Maya de El Salvador, a bilingual school in San Salvador. They will be hosted by six fabulous Shorecrest families, and will be part of the community for two weeks.
The Salvadorian students are preparing presentations and different activities for all the Lower School grades, some Upper School classes, as well as Junior Kindergarten. They are really excited to share their culture with Shorecrest students and to learn from the Chargers as well. This will be a great experience for all of the children involved!
