Meet Felicia Mendenhall, new Registrar

Felicia Mendenhall is the new Registrar at Shorecrest.
Originally from Oklahoma, Felicia grew up in the Panama Canal Zone area where she spent two years at the Panama Canal College. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. in Finance, and later an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Felicia moved to the St. Petersburg area to be closer to family (four sisters and a cousin) and started her career with a computer staffing firm, eventually becoming its Controller. Soon after the birth of her two children, she started teaching at their school. Felicia taught Spanish for two years, middle school math for 10 years and technology for five years while in her role as Technology Integrator.

Felicia’s daughter is currently attending UF and her son is at USF in Tampa. Her husband works at USFSP. She is a lifelong learner, enjoys all sports and is an avid Rays fan.
