Interact Serves Veterans

Upper School News

This past week in Landy Hall, the Interact Service Club committee head, senior Kalee B., purchased all types of decorative paper, markers and glue so that students could gather during breaks in their schedules to write notes of appreciation and cheer to our veterans that have retired from active duty. Interact was really glad to see the enthusiastic participation by so many Upper School classmates!

On December 5, Interact Club met at the St. Pete Sailing Center to serve breakfast to disabled veterans. It was very rewarding, and students really enjoyed getting to help adapt a sailboat and chat with crew from Chicago!
