Grandparents & Special Friends Day

On January 29, 2016, Shorecrest students were thrilled to escort their Grandparents and invited special guests to campus. First, our special guests enjoyed breakfast, then a musical program featuring the Experiential School students, the second and fourth grade classes, the school bands, Middle School chorus and the cast of our upcoming Upper School musical, "The Phantom of the Opera."
After the performances and information about the newly formed Grandparents Council at Shorecrest, it was off to the classrooms where students and grandparents engaged in a variety of activities together. Some classes had musical games or Spanish games to play with our special subject teachers, and in Middle School the National History Day projects were on display for exploration and explanation.
