Gifts to the Shorecrest Fund Help:
From our Middle School Entrepreneurial Design Institute to the Upper School Global Scholars Initiative, unique learning experiences build knowledge and confidence, and set Shorecrest students apart.
A commitment to innovation and the thoughtful integration of technology into our curriculum help students take risks, think differently and prepare for the future.
The School’s greatest asset is its expert faculty and staff. Over 50% of our faculty and staff have advanced degrees from the most prestigious universities across the country, like Harvard University and Columbia University.
Supporting them and their pursuit of professional development, advanced degrees and certifications helps sustain the level of teaching a Shorecrest education requires.
Shorecrest is constantly evolving to build a community reflective of the world in which we live. Programs that mirror the wide variety of cultures, religions, languages, backgrounds, identities and perspectives of our students and their families help make the School feel like home to all.
Shorecrest continues to be the #1 ranked school* in Pinellas County, and ranks highly in the greater Tampa Bay Area, the state, and the nation. These high rankings add value to a Shorecrest diploma long after graduation. Contributions to the Shorecrest Fund helps maintain the people and programs that influence our top marks.
With your support, we answer the hard questions, we strive for excellence in all pursuits and create new industry standards for education.

Tuition only covers about 88% of our school's operating costs. Community participation in annual giving is essential — collectively providing the funds needed to enrich the student experience every year. Shorecrest benefits from additional resources from generous donors, providing more choices for students to pursue their passions and reach their full potential.
In short: your gift to the Shorecrest Fund makes the difference between a great education and an exceptional one.
Every gift—no matter the size—is valued and appreciated. We encourage families to give according to their resources and desired impact.
Members of our Giving Circles and Societies are recognized in printed and digital publications throughout the year.
Members of our Giving Societies are invited to and recognized at special appreciation events hosted by the Head of School.
