3rd Annual History Bowl

Last Sunday, Shorecrest hosted eight schools from the Tampa Bay area for the Central Florida History Bowl and Bee. This competition gives those students who enjoy history a chance to prove their prowess in responding to questions across the spectrum of U.S., World and European teams.
Shorecrest had four teams entered, and we were Finalists in the Senior Division and Semi-Finalist in the Junior Varsity Division. Freshman and first time participant Mitchell G won third place in the single Bee competition. All winners are eligible to compete in the National in Washington, DC in April. Great Job Everyone!
