EXPERIENCING ECUADOR

As they continued their journey around the world and through South America, the Junior Kindergarten students “stopped off” in Ecuador with the help of Taylor H’s mother and grandmother. They not only brought many cultural artifacts for the preschoolers to examine, they even cooked a special treat. The llapingachos, fried potato pancakes filled with cheese, were a tasty treat that were heartily enjoyed by everyone!
