Experiential School Announcements

Volunteer with Fall Festival: One of our premier events is coming up on Friday, October 28, and we could use you! Fall Festival is always one of our kids' favorite events and it can not be completed without numerous parent volunteers. If you are interested in helping with preplanning or volunteering that day please contact Matt Frey at [email protected]. We still need parents to help with crafts, oversee bounce houses, serve food and work the prize stations. It promises to be another great Fall Festival!

Morning arrival time: Please arrive at school before 8:00am. Students benefit from having time to ease into their school day before morning meeting. Arriving at school between 7:30-7:50am allows your child to put their things away and to play and socialize. 

Carpool name signs: Remember to place the tag with your child’s name and grade in the driver’s side window and leave it there until a teacher buckles your child into his/her car seat. Move the tag out of the window when you have your child and are ready to leave, so the person directing traffic will know to guide you out. Your help will expedite the dismissal process.

Child care on Conference Day: There is no school for students on Fall Conference Day, Wednesday, September 27. If you would like child care, register at https://shorecrest.campbrainregistration.com/

• Tuesday, September 26: Athletics at Shorecrest Forum at 7pm in Janet Root Theatre
• Wednesday, September 27: Fall Conference Day - No School for students, sign up for child care here.
• Thursday, September 28: Athletics at Shorecrest Forum at 8:15am in Janet Root Theatre
• Picture Retake Day has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 11
• The Experiential School Parent Social has been rescheduled for Thursday, October 12, at Red Mesa Cantina, 6pm – 8pm.
• The Booster Club Fall Tailgate party has been rescheduled to the night of the Homecoming Football game, Oct 20.
