Blood Drive On Campus, Nov. 15
Tuesday, November 7
** State of Shorecrest Community Meeting in the JRT at 7pm **
Wednesday, November 8
Poetry in the Park at 8:30am at the LS picnic tables (full day of school). Students will sit on blankets with their classmates and teachers. Parents, guardians and friends can bring blankets and beach chairs to sit on behind the area marked off for the children.
Saturday, November 11
Fall Showcase: Upper School Song and Dance students perform, and after intermission thespians present an abridged version of “Little Women.” Free event for the Shorecrest community to get a taste of our magnificent Upper School performing arts program.
Wednesday, November 15
Breakfast Book Club at 8am in the SAC. Our first book will be "Balanced and Barefoot: How Unrestricted Outdoor Play Makes for Strong, Confident, and Capable Children," by Angela J. Hanscom.
Thursday, November 16
JK Parent Workshop, 1pm in the SAC: Mrs. Hahn and Mrs. Craver will explain the curriculum goals for Junior Kindergarten and discuss how learning is differentiated by student.

Winter concert: Concert Band, Beginner Band, Rock Bands and more from grades 4-12 perform. 1pm for a Middle School audience and 7pm for parents and friends.
Blood Drive On Campus, Nov. 15
The OneBlood bus will be parked next to the Admissions Office on Wednesday, November 15th from 10am-2:30pm. Please mark your calendars and plan to donate! To encourage Shorecrest donors for Once Blood, Leddon Zwack '21 has arranged for every donor to receive a Chick-fil-A gift card for a FREE entree in partnership with Chick-fil-A Fourth Street. Donors will also receive a free OneBlood T-shirt, pizza and a wellness checkup, including blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse and cholesterol screening.
