Experiential School News

May 21-25 is Alpha Camp Week. Please read important details below, so you can help your Alpha student know what to expect.

Morning Carline Drop Off

Please drop off through carline. Patrols will walk students to the “Alpha Camp” classrooms [view map]. ES students are familiar with this space because they have been going to Music all year in this building. Alpha classes will visit the Alpha Camp rooms and play in this space this week.

Afternoon Dismissal

Dismissal will remain the same.

Extended Care

If your student attends extended care, park and pickup from the “Alpha Camp” classrooms [view map].

3 Day Students

Three day students will attend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but are also invited to join their class on Friday for our final half day together. Drop your student off at carline, dressed in spirit wear and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty because students will participate in the painting party. On May 25, carline dismissal is at noon.

Lunch

Ordered lunch payment was due May 18, otherwise, please send your child's lunch to school as usual.

What to wear

Monday-Thursday: school uniform

Friday: spirit wear and closed-toe shoes that can get dirty

Lead Teachers

The teaching assistants are excited to lead their class with the support of some favorite people who have helped as substitutes throughout the year. Mrs. Carson, Ms. Daley, and Ms. Styke will visit each day and join the class for the painting party on Friday, May 25.
