A few lucky Junior Chefs and their parents/guardians signed up to have story time and cooking class with Dr. Danyali through the Big Event website. Together, students and their adult partners cooked recipes inspired by wonderful children's stories that were read aloud to the group. Getting to be the first chidlren to use the new Mike Murphy Experiential School kitchen was a big treat!
The special event culminated with the little chefs eating their culinary creations and a surprise dessert.
