Grandparents Day Form Deadlines December 15

The 32nd Annual Grandparents & Special Friends Day at Shorecrest Preparatory School will be celebrated Friday, January 29, 2016. This year, Shorecrest is using an online form to help generate the invitations for this event.
Please use your school-issued log-in credentials to access SchoolForms Online through the Family Access Module (FAM). Families are asked to verify or update addresses and contact information and to indicate each grandparent and/or special friend that should receive an invitation to this year’s event.
Please complete the online form by December 15, 2015 to guarantee your child’s grandparents & special friends will receive an invitation. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE FORM, NO INVITATIONS WILL BE SENT.
