Last week, first graders celebrated at their first publishing party of the school year! In these first few weeks, first graders dove right in as writers -- writing true stories about their lives with a beginning, middle, and end. It was a great time celebrating all of their hard work by getting to hear their wonderful stories read aloud to their classmates!
