Second Grade Harvests Sweet Potatoes

Second grade harvested the sweet potatoes that were planted back in March. We are now waiting 10-14 days for them to cure before sampling them. Curing allows the starch in the sweet potatoes to convert to sugar - which will give the sweet potatoes their sweet taste.
