Shrek the Musical, Jr.

Later this month, the Middle School theatre presents Shrek the Musical, Jr. First a book, then a series of hit movies, and later a Broadway musical starring Sutton Foster, Shrek tells the tale of a an ogre who, in order to regain control over his private swampland, travels with a donkey to bring a princess to a scheming lord who wishes to become King. Along the way, they learn lessons about friendship and self empowerment.
