Global Readers brought the world to The Experiential School of Tampa Bay on October 24 by connecting Alpha and JK children with a guest reader's language and culture.
On this inaugural Global Readers day, each class had a different visitor and country represented. Hearing stories in Turkish, Hindi, Spanish, German, French, and English from members of the Shorecrest International Connections group was a wonderful experience that engaged students and piqued their curiosity. Students made predictions, asked questions, and practiced saying a few new words in the language introduced by the Global Reader.
