Fall Festival Filled with Fun
The reimagined 2020 Fall Festival was a huge success for young Chargers. The children loved the decorations, goody bags, treats, pumpkins, and activities. Most of all they loved wearing their costumes and showing them off. Many people helped to make Fall Festival a memorable day. Alex Lavoie, the Fall Festival Committee Chair, shared a special note for the community:
"I'd like to first thank the wonderful group of parents, volunteers, administrators, and staff members who came together to reimagine this cherished day for Shorecrest's youngest students. Working with the entire Fall Festival team was a true pleasure and I am very grateful for your time and assistance.
Fall Festival is a long standing tradition at Shorecrest and I think this year it was crucial to ensure it still occurred even in the face of significant adversity. The joy and excitement on campus that day was palpable, and for many new families it provided the first real indication of the power of the Shorecrest Community. We're thrilled with the feedback received and can assure you that next year it'll be back and better than ever. Enjoy the photos!"
Many Experiential School students agreed "it was the best day ever!!!"
