JK Activity Day [Photos]

On Activity Day, students in junior kindergarten excitedly moved through different habitats. In the arctic room they explored ice building blocks, light tables with arctic animals, instant snow, and a wind tunnel. In the desert room, the children played with cork blocks, forts, and light tables with desert animals, sand, and loose parts. Lastly, in the rainforest room they explored giant marble runs (to represent waterfalls), water tables, and a photo booth. Students enjoyed wearing new safari hats and furry friend bracelets.

Activity Day was such an amazing culminating experience for everyone and the teachers were so proud of all the hard work the children put into helping prepare for it!
