Allison O’Connor is excited to join the Shorecrest team as a long-term substitute in Mrs. Wylie’s Alpha classroom.
Mrs. O’Connor earned an undergraduate degree in English and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern Connecticut State University. She taught for ten years in preschool, first and second grades there. Her philosophy of teaching aligns nicely with the Reggio Emilia approach and she looks forward to getting to know the beautiful children in Mrs. Wylie’s class.
Allison recently moved to Florida from Connecticut with her husband, three daughters and puppy. She enjoys hiking, kayaking and sailing.
