Dear Experiential School Families,
The ES Faculty and I look forward to seeing students and families on May 22 for the ES Spirit Car Parade. The times and procedures for this special event have been updated to ensure the best health and safety practices.
Alpha students and families should drive by on May 22 at 12 noon
and Junior Kindergarten at 12:30pm for a two-part event:
- Contact-free pick up of belongings / drop off of Library books
- Spirit Car Parade
Enter campus on Pratt Blvd. (main south entrance) and turn in by the Admissions Office. As you pass Charger Commons there will be tables set up with bags of student’s class items to pick up. Stop your car in the carline area. Each child has a bag labeled with their first and last name that contains a class photo, spare uniforms and cubby items. This bag will be placed on a table so you can reach outside your window and pick it up.
At this time, we will take any library books you have. Please put the books in some sort of bag.

Then, continue around campus to Charger Boulevard where ES teachers, Dr. Danyali, Mr. Murphy, and Sparky will be waiting to celebrate you in front of The Mike Murphy Experiential School building! (In the Lower School carline area.) Teachers will be wearing face masks but you will recognize us. Stay in your car, roll down your windows, and feel the love and Shorecrest spirit.
Please RSVP here (https://forms.gle/JEivWDpcHQLwEvnF8), to let us know to expect you. If you can not participate, please contact me at [email protected] to make other arrangements for pick up of your student’s personal belongings.
See you soon!
