Cross Country Competed at State Meet

On Saturday, November 7, the boys varsity cross-country team and junior Olivia R. competed in the class 1A state finals at Appalachee regional park in Tallahassee. Stacked with seniors, the varsity boys Cross Country Chargers ended their impressive season with a 6th place state finish! The boys were led by senior Luke P. who was the individual runner up with a school record time of 16:02! The meet also put him 'in the running' for the 2015 F.A.C.A. Cross Country Senior All Star Classic. Rounding out the boys team are seniors Casey C., Josh K., Josh M., Justin S., and Tanner W., along with junior Kyle H. 

Olivia also received a medal for her 9th place finish with 19:33.

The team was cheered on by fans, including at least 4 Charger alumni onlookers. A fantastic end to a wonderful season. Way to go Chargers!
