As a proud sponsor of the Tampa Bay Rowdies, Shorecrest invites students, faculty, families, alumni and friends to attend the Shorecrest Night with the Rowdies as they take on the Miami FC on Saturday, October 1st, 7:30pm at Al Lang Stadium.
This special evening out includes:
- A pre-game family-friendly tailgate in the Al Lang Stadium parking lot starting at 5:30pm with facepainting, free Westshore pizza cooked on-site, games and a Rowdies player appearance
- On-field experiences for 50 children ages 13 and under
- Middle School singers representing Junior Thespian Troupe 88197 singing the National Anthem
- Free T-shirts for a limited number of Shorecrest students
- Discounted tickets to the Rowdies game at Al Lang Stadium on St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront for only $10!
You must purchase tickets to the Oct 1st Rowdies game in order to guarantee your child’s space in these experiences. All spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis. While it is the homecoming dance for our Upper School students, many of us will end our homecoming week by cheering on the Rowdies together as a community.

Please visit the parking page of the Rowdies website for game day parking information. Al Lang Stadium is located at 230 1st Street SE, St. Petersburg, Fla. 33701. The game begins at 7:30pm.
The Rowdies are spearheading efforts throughout the NASL to raise awareness and funds for for childhood cancer by going gold. Gold is the ribbon color that supports awareness for childhood cancer, the #1 disease killer of children in the United States. To show we are #GoldTogether, wear your Charger gold to the game or purchase a Go Gold T-Shirt from the Shorecrest Relay For Life table at the tailgate. Proceeds will benefit the Shorecrest's Admin and Friends Relay For Life "Go Gold" team. A minimum donation of $15 for 1 Tshirt or $10/each for 2 or more Tshirts is suggested. PLEASE BRING CASH.
