Eighth Grade Chorus Performance

Bravo to the eighth graders for their quarter-end Music Performance in the Janet Root Theatre on Thursday afternoon. Songs included Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” “History Has Its Eyes on You” from Broadway’s “Hamilton,” a tribute of “Purple Rain” by Prince, “7 Years” by Lukas Graham, and the concert concluded with “Shut Up and Dance” by the band Walk the Moon.
During “7 Years,” Mrs. McCarthy had a video running of images that included photos of the eighth grade class of 2021 when they were 7 years old and in first grade (7 years ago) at Shorecrest.
