Janet Root Volunteer of the Year Nominations Now Open

Many wonderful people give their time, energy, and effort to Shorecrest each year. If you know someone whose contributions have been outstanding, please NOMINATE them for the Janet Root Volunteer of the Year Award!

Criteria for selecting the Recipient:

• Length of service to the Shorecrest community.
• Service in a variety of areas, i.e. Athletics, Arts, Library, Grade Level Representatives, Shorecrest Community Association, etc.
• Positions held as a committee chairperson and committees served.
• Positive moral character.

Nominations should be submitted on the Award Nomination Form before January 11 to be considered. Feel free to obtain volunteer details from the nominee (it does not have to be confidential.) The Recipient of the Janet Root Volunteer of the Year Award will be announced at a SCA Thank You event on Thursday, February 20. Save the Date!
