Observational Drawing
Instructor: Charla Gaglio
June 24 - 28, 9am - 12pm
Fee: $250
Ages: 7th grade and up
Have you ever wanted to learn to draw, or do you just want an opportunity to improve your skills? Then this is the Summer Camp for you! This camp is designed to offer individualized instruction in a variety of drawing media, with an emphasis on composition and developing individual creativity and personal voice in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. In addition, campers will be introduced to several artists and their techniques. Portfolio development is also available for interested students.
Painting

July 8 - 12, 9am - 12pm
Fee: $250
Ages: 7th grade and up
Have you ever wondered if oil painting can be fun, or how Bob Ross paints a landscape in an hour? Then this Painting Camp is where you need to be this summer! This camp offers group and individualized instruction in the wonderful medium of oil painting. Students will learn about composition, mixing colors and brush techniques. Willingness to have fun and get involved in the creative process is emphasized, and the individualized instruction offered will benefit beginners as well as more experienced painters.
