Luke P. '15 Performs in All-State Honor Band

This week, senior Luke P. will be representing Shorecrest at the Florida Music Educators Association annual convention as a member of the All-State Honor Band.
The band is made up of 11th and 12th grade students who excel in both music performance and academics. Luke earned his way into the group by receiving a Superior rating on a grade seven trombone solo at last year’s Solo and Ensemble Festival. Grade seven is the highest difficulty rating for trombone solo literature.
