Amazing Thespian Results at District Meet

On behalf of Troupe 3140's Co-Sponsors, Bill Leavengood and Cheryl Lee, congratulations to the astonishingly talented and dedicated Thespians!
This year Troupe 3140 excelled beyond their highest hopes with a total of 21 Superior scores. Of those Superiors, 3 were Critics Choice Awards and 5 were Critics Choice-Honorable Mentions, and the one-act musical they performed was selected to go to the Thespians Florida State Festival. We had no scores below Excellent this year - also a first.
Critics Choice: Playwriting - Scott Manings '19

PUSS IN BOOTS: THE MUSICAL (Book by Bill Leavengood, Music & Lyrics by Rick Crom) was selected as one of the four one-act productions out of 20 to be performed again at the Florida State Festival. Senna Prasatthong-osoth '19 (who played Puss) was selected Best Actress of all of the one-acts. RJ Ayers '19 (Okra the Ogre) was selected to the All-Star One-Act cast.
