USA Triathlon National Championship Racers

Seventh grader Shannon R and her team Triton Elite Multisport competed at the USA Triathlon Youth & Junior National Championships earlier this month in West Chester, OH.
Shannon finished 8th nationally in a competitive female 12 year old age group with athletes from all over the USA. She finished the 200m swim/10k bike/2k run in 34:52. She's pictured above on the bike portion of the race.
Fifth grader Sofia A-H also raced (photo below). Sofia finished 17th in the 10 year old female division, finishing the 100m swim/5k bike/1k run in 22:46.
