Varsity Volleyball vs Northside Christian

After a week break, the Lady Chargers came back strong and defended their house on Tuesday night in the Crisp Gym. In the first district match of the season, Shorecrest beat Northside Christian in 4 sets (25-16, 22-25, 25-6, 25-14). Jac St Cin, Jacky Perrry and Chaise Campbell all had double digits kills. Ashley Burkett led both teams in aces with 7 in total; and Taylor Waldmann, as always was a great 'quarterback' for Shorecrest, with 73 assists. But the biggest reason why the Chargers won this match was the team effort!

Next for Varsity Volleyball is another District match at Indian Rocks on Thursday Sept. 21 and Academy of Holy Names tournament on Friday and Saturday.
