Annual Bocce Tournament in P.E.

This week, Coach Pope's classes competed in the first round of our annual Bocce tournament. Congratulations to Tiffany B., Luke H., Carson M., and Adelaide O. - the Bocce finalists from Mrs. Hobbs' class (pictured, top)! At the end of the year Tiffany and Adelaide, the class champions, will play against the champions from Ms. LaDuke's and Mrs. Hensler's classes. The fourth grade girls will be represented by Aurora G., Phoenix B., Hannah D., Ainsely B. and Rose L. (pictured, bottom.)
Tournament units give the students the opportunity to win and lose in a safe environment - both of which can be extremely difficult to do gracefully, even for the most talented of athletes!
