The varsity golf Chargers kicked off their season against Calvary Christian at Countryside CC on Tuesday, August 25.
They competed well against a tough opponent but ended up losing by six strokes. Calvary posted a team score of 158 and Shorecrest 164.
Our team was led by senior Greyson P. with a 37. Contributing scores were also recorded by Will T. 41, Brian K. 42 and Chris P. & Chris J. both shot 44.
Adrianna L. competed against boys from Calvary in an exhibition match, beating all three and recorded a solid 43. We look forward to our next match and a great season ahead!
