Kindergarten students are studying plants. Their field work has included planting in the Children's Garden and a trip to Dolin's Plant Center. Now they are germinating their own seeds to observe, measure and record the growth. Each child signed up to select a seed, and then planted in transparent cups to best view their soon-to-be seedlings.
The kindergarten plant study will finish with a project share. Older students and families will soon be invited to learn more from our budding plant experts.
