Living a Healthy Life

Kindergarten


Kindergarten has been focusing on "Healthy You." We had some very special guest experts come in and talk to the kindergarten about ways to live a healthy life. The P.E. coaches gave some great tips for the kindergartners to use in their daily lives. For example, when you are watching TV and a commercials come on do jumping jacks or sit ups, drink lots of water, get enough sleep, eat healthy and exercise daily. The P.E. coaches shared what they do to help stay healthy.

The kindergartners agreed they do many of the same things to try and stay healthy. The coaches all try and live very healthy lifestyles and we want to encourage the kindergarteners to live heathy lives too!
