Chargers vs Northside Christian, 30:34
The Chargers Middle School football team played a great season opener against Northside Christian last week. Final score was Northside Christian 34, Shorecrest 30. It was a close game but unfortunately we ran out of time.
After the game, Coach Hector commented, "I'm proud to say that in my eyes it was a moral victory for the team as a unit. Their camaraderie and sportsmanship can be seen throughout the course of the game. The boys kept battling until time ran out. I hope the parents enjoyed the football game and look forward to seeing and greeting the parents at our next game at home in two weeks."
